Prohesion Test Results

EA Technologuies* were commissioned to do accelerated aging tests on poorly prepared aged galvanised surfaces with RL 500 PF. The aged panels are shown below:

Scored Prohesion Test – 2000 hrs

 

Standard Prohesion Test – 2000 hrs

        

 

The film was found to be satisfactory after 2000 hrs. 

Wet Film Thickness           150 microns

Dry Film Thickness            135 microns
