Surface Preparation. Diamond TopTM
can be applied on every type of surface including metal, concrete, GRP, bricks,
etc. All surfaces should be prepared and primed. A range of solvent-free and
water based primers are available from chemco International.

Application equipment
required: trowel and roller. Other specialist tools,
e.g. for covering, can be purchased from chemco.
Materials as supplied: The
pack consists of one container marked A, two bottles marked B & C and
coloured aggregate.

Add bottle B (hardener) to
container A (resin).
Mix thoroughly

Add the mixture of parts A & B
to the coloured aggregate.
Mix thoroughly to achieve an
even consistency.

Add the trowelling/rolling aid
(bottle C) to the mixture and mix thoroughly to reach a dough-likeconsistency.
Mix the paste just before
emptying, as the paste will seperate if left standing.

Using the trowel and roller,
spread out the product to the required thickness.if the trowel or roller
becomes sticky, use a damp cloth to clean the tools.Ensure both the cloth
and water are clean.
Leave the floor to dry for at
least 24 hours(depending on temperature and humidity).
