The Easi-coteTM Range of Water based Epoxy CoatingsFor Repair & Maintenance Low Odour & ECO Friendly Products Ideal for Solvent Sensitive and Odour Sensitive AreasChemco have developed a range of coatings that are ideal for areas where traditional solvent borne systems cannot be used. They have the following advantages over traditional solvent borne systems:
– Little odour or no odour – no dangerous solvent smells during application. – Can last twice as long as solvent borne equivalents. – Back into service times as little as 2 hours. – Superb adhesion and durability. – Easy to use. – Require little surface preparation.
Easi-flor™ - an excellent hardwearing floor coating.You can apply one coat that lasts twice as long as solvent borne systems. Fork trucks can drive on it in 8 hours. Peterhead Power Station used it to coat 6000 sq. ft. Anti-slip versions available.
Easi-cote™ - an ideal structural coating where longevity and durability is required.This was used at Prestwick Airport as an external coating for fuel storage tanks – touch dry in 2 hours.
Easi-gloss™ - unlike solvent borne gloss, this is touch-dry in 2 hours and is far more durable than traditional smelly solvent borne gloss systems.
Wet-cote™ - can prime and finish wet and sweating substrates such as condensing process pipes.
Rust-fix Aqua™ - this water borne rust converter is great to use with poorly prepared and rusty surfaces. It issolvent-free and has little or no smell, unlike traditional rust converters.
Easi-prime™ - can prime and prevent corrosion from occurring. It is easily applied on top of Rust-fix™ Aqua™ or can be used on its own as a corrosion inhibiting primer.
Easi-repair™ - a range of styrene-free and solvent-free metal repair compounds.
