Two Pack Epoxy Novolac System

Solvent-free epoxy novolac imparts outstanding protection to metal and concrete substrates.

Forms a durable barrier resistant to abrasion, erosion and thermal shock.

Ideal tank lining system, specifically designed for the most aggressive combination of high temperature and chemical environments in immersed conditions.

Available in hand/trowel grades for optimum protection from the most aggressive environments.

Also available in spray grade to offer the customer a complete system’s solution to hostile cyclic wet and dry chemical environments.

Recommended for internal protection of tanks, vessels, separators, flue gas desulphurisation units, chimneys, pipes and equipment operating at high temperature.

Temperature resistance:

                          Immersed:   125ºC

                                   Dry:   180ºC

                          Maximum:   180ºC

Excellent Chemical resistance

Ceram - chem RU 500

Cerpofix Hi-Performance Composite Coating.

Two pack epoxy composite incorporating Cerpofix™ high performance technology.

Epoxy coating formulated with ceramic technology to withstand hard-wearing and abrasive environments. It will help prevent damage created by thermal shock and cavitation.

Forms an impermeable barrier, suitable for repair work on all types of fluid flow equipment and for  tank linings.

Imparts excellent chemical and thermal resistance properties with a low friction finish to offer improved pump/equipment efficiency and reduces energy consumption.

Specifically formulated to resist high temperature, aggressive chemical and fluid flow environments: -

. Pumps                   .Castings                        . Cracked castings

       . Pipes                     .Impellers/Propellers        . Fan Blades

. Heat Exchanger      .Tanks                            . Valves

. Tube Sheets           .Diffuers                          . Bow Thresters

Deep pitting and voids can be filled quickly with RW 532/RW 508.

RW 532/RW 508 is fully machinable and has excellent adhesion with RU 500

User-friendly and easy to apply.

Effective one-coat system which can be easily over-coated if required.

Excellent Chemical resistance.

Epo - chem RV 500

High Solids Epoxy Novolac System

High solids epoxy novolac coating, suitable for protecting structures from effects of high temperature and aggressive chemical environments.

The coating cures to form a durable barrier resistant to abrasion, erosion and thermal shock.

The system is user-friendly and cures without the requirement for heating.

May be applied in one or more coat(s) to most substrates.

Recommended for protecting flue stacks, chimneys, pipes and equipment operating in dry environments up to 180 degree C.

Excellent Chemical resistance.
