Chemco Primer Systems

Chemco have developed a range of Primers for a wide range of applications.  We offer:-

 –         One Coat Primer Finishes – A range of MIO Zinc technology primers offering long lasting protection (15 years) in one coat.

           They are moisture tolerant, require little surface preparation and are ideal for long term

           cost effective protection and maintenance of large structures;

*         Solvent Free Primer Finish RS 500 P

*         V.O.C Compliant Primer Finish RL 500 PF

–         Concrete Primers – Damp – Crete for Green Concrete. Designed to work with green and saturated 

           concrete;

–         Moisture Tolerant Wetblast Primers for damp, saturated or Hydroblasted Surfaces. Adhesion tests show

           that cohesive failure happens at over 1200 psi when the primer is applied to wet substrates;

–         Easi-Prime Water Based epoxy primers ideal for use in confined spaces for metal, concrete and most

          other substrates;

–        Rust Converting Primers – The Rustfix range of solvent based and water-based rust converting primers

          that prime and stabilise rusty surfaces in one application;

–        Epo Chem Primers - epoxy solvent free moisture tolerant primers ideal for our range of epoxy coatings

          and for use in confined spaces or where solvent emission is a potential problem;

–         Chem Tect Vinylester Primers for our Vinylester coatings;

–         Chem Glass Polyester Primers for our range of Polyester coatings;

–         Holding or Blast Primers for quick, cost effective priming of freshly prepared or blasted steel;
